Lizzy Hoffmann is a lifelong Yogi and has certified over 1,000 Students since the inception of her Yoga Teacher Training School, Urban Bliss in 2006.
She currently teaches 200 hour, 300 hour and 500 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Trainings as well as 200, 300 and 500 hour Hot Yoga Teacher Trainings.
The Bikram Method Hot Yoga Teacher Trainings are currently held in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, but could also be held in Gainesville, should the demand justify it.
Workshops that she teaches range from Yin Yoga Certifications, Restorative Yoga Certifications, Chair Yoga Trainings, Yoga for Menopause, Yoga for Athletes, Yoga for Arthritis to name a few.
